To better the human condition by improving the leadership of those that touch others, heightening productivity, satisfaction, confidence, appreciation and support through relationship development and interpersonal skills – delivered with sensitivity, compassion, good humor, acumen and modeling
As a psychologist, I apply my professional knowledge and skills to assist my clients in their development as leaders. I am a "Leadership Development Professional". My deliverables are the improved effectiveness, impact and influence that my clients seek. I am fully committed to the professional and personal development of those with whom I work. Their growth and success is my greatest reward.
What is Leadership?
Leadership is influence with intention - the influence to get things done, while bringing out the best in ourselves and in others; the influence to improve lives, organizations, the world. It's about working with and through people. It's really all about psychology.
