Each coaching relationship is unique, based on the context, personality and aspirations of the coachee. By truly getting to know my coachee, through conversation, assessments and observation, I am able to collaborate with him/her in an authentic human relationship. This positions us to co-create a truly individualized development plan that includes the most meaningful goals for the coachee.
Together, we then undertake the exciting journey of self-improvement.

Assessment
Through my education and experience as a psychologist, I have developed significant expertise in the evaluation of of leaders, as well as of leadership traits and behaviors. This enables me to carefully and knowledgeably interpret the results of both individual assessment instruments and 360-degree surveys. The data from these instruments can then be integrated into coaching discussions to establish specific development plans to advance my coachees' growth.
The initial assessment of a new coachee is critically important, as it plays a significant role in determining the outcomes and strategies for the coaching engagement. It typically is accomplished through a combination of interviews with the individual coachee and co-workers, individual assessment instruments and/or 360-degree assessments. The results are discussed in depth with the coachee, although they are treated with the utmost confidentiality otherwise.
